Crawfish Jambalaya

1 lb. of D&G Frey Crawfish cleaned tails

1 Small Onion

1 Can Chicken Broth

1 Stick of Butter

1 1/2 cups of rice

Add seasoning to taste

Green Onions

Mix all in rice cooker, Turn on rice cooker and let cook until the rice cooker cuts off. Serve and Enjoy!

Fried Alligator

1 lb. of Farm Pride Alligator Fillets

1 large egg

1 cup Buttermilk

2 cups of Flour

Vegetable Oil to deep Fry

Cajun seasoning  

Once alligators defrosted, gently pat dry and cut into desired size strips or nuggets. (I like mine in nuggets about 3"). Season with a Cajun blend seasoning and set to the side to marinate for about 10 min. Wisk Egg and Buttermilk in a separate bowl. and put Seasoned flour in another bowl. Dip alligator in egg mixture then flour and fry in 350 degree oil until cooked about 5 min. repeating the process until it is all done (Don't overcrowd the pot)  When the gator is cooked place on a tray/ plate lined with paper towel to drain the excess grease. You can add little more seasoning if desired to top of hot gator. Enjoy!
